Thanks for all that detail!  I have always been of the opinion that whatever pushed the adrenals off the map in the first place, ridding all of those things from ones life must happen.  Then I assumed that the body would heal itself.

For me that means getting rid of all toxic insult (parasites, candida, dental, sleep problems, undue mental and physical stress, and demands.)  losing all forms of undue toxic stressors, we all know what a monster that is by now...  Maybe I should give my body a break for awhile just to get a good idea of where I'm at.  Could be healthier than I think, as many of these stressors are gone now (i think) or at a much more tolerable level.

One concept I heard recently is that addiction resides in the circle of adrenal fatigue.  Meaning I'm tired, so I grab something stimulating (tobacco, bad carb) which then makes me feel like I'm good to make it through the next 2 hours at work or whatever, which of course is false, what I really did was stimulate the nervous system and tax the adrenals just a little bit more, doing somethiing when I was tired.  I don't know, something to think about.

You mention the brain tuner.  Do you have sota?  Have you used it to try to overcome any sort of addiction?  I hear it is helpful for that.
