Sure- fair enough. It is at least a definitive step in the right direction to knowing what you have and how to combat it. But see- here are my thoughts: a protozoan infection could be just one of a myriad of infections throughout your body that NO amount of testing can ever detect. Inside your pancreas... in your brain...in your liver..all wreaking havoc. You may not be able to identify them all.
Really, it is wishful thinking to attribute all blame to one culprit and think that you would significantly recover if it could only be destroyed. The question is: what is the deeper underlying cause within you that allowed the infection to take place to begin with? If you can address that, which may actually be many causes combined, and resolve them, then the myriad of coinfections throughout your body will be cured or at least significantly reduced. And this definitely seems to be a favorable approach time wise, money wise, and health wise. Afterall- consider all the money people spend for misdiagnosis, or worse- proper diagnosis with treatment that does not work. Harmful side effects from the treatment protocols (which are not even guaranteed to work) can make you even sicker than before.

I have a little less problem with hypoglycemia which is good. I might be absorbing vitamins better. I recently started taking a number of good B vitamins and that has given me more energy. Gastritis seem a bit better. I'm more calm, specially after starting to take B vitamins.

My tongue is quite white so its possible I killed the bug but I'm having difficulties recovering the flora and combating yeast.
I often have a problem sleeping more then 5 hours straight.
Symptoms seems to get worse if I eat carbohydrates or sugar. Tinnitus gets worse and tongue gets whiter the next day after carbs or sugar. Still have strong heart beat and drowsiness (but less after starting B vitamins & Iron, very dry eyes, stools look mostly like before but are a tiny bit better some days. My breathing is worse then before taking the meds and seem to get worse the next day when I eat more carbs/sugar."
It seems like you are not only not recovering but the treatment is making you worse. I am not criticizing you... please don't misunderstand. I am just keeping it objective. It sounds like you have a candida infection, heavy metal toxicity, and your gut flora is totally eradicated and these are what allow e.H. to affect you. If you go back for your testing and it shows you have eliminated e.H., then that is great- you have eliminated a culprit. But there is so much more you could be doing for yourself in the meantime with quote unquote "natural healing".
To put it another way, you could be deriving more healing benefits from natural methods without all the harmful side effects you are experiencing. And if you eliminate e.H. but still do not feel significantly better- it means it wasn't a primary culprit in your symptoms anyway and natural methods would have resolved it anyway as a side effect.
