Re: UK users, where do you get the co supps?

I have been around the world to get my supplements; to this day I havent found a one-stop, unless you have a unlimited budget.
detoxyourworld has a lot of good natural products, but is pricy.
Healthleads are good in a few supplements, but doesnt have a good magnesium.
To get a good vitamin C, search ascorbic acid 1 kg. Now food has a good capsuled one; 1 gram per capsule.

I have tried the all natural way when it comes to supplements; I failed to get enough of the water soluble vitamins even on the best natural supplements; vit B (yeast, bee pollen, spirulina etc.) or vitamin C (amla, acerola,rose hips etc)
-this even on the best vegetarian diet I had back then with at least 10 units of fruits, berries and greens in addition to the supplements.

I went back to my ascorbic acid..

When it comes to the fat soluble vitamins I prefer supplements made from natural sources; A from cod liver, D from sun, E from seeds and nuts.
This in addition to having it all in my diet of course.
