It is not you that is crazy, it is the codex alimentarius law:-(

UK probably now have the same restriction that my country (Norway) has had all along. 100mcg of selenium is max per tablet / capsule. In US it is 200 mcg until further.

Now food has a good, low dosage vit B that I tolerate well.
It is called B12 but has all the others too. You can get those in UK.

I have a hunch it is a wise thing to stock up iodine.
