Hi!
I can't believe I'm doing it but I am.. Earlier today I managed to drink a very small amount of it mixed with lemon. It was very salty that's all I can say.

I want to be sure I can mix it with sthg else? I couldn't drink it pure for now anyway..

when is the best time to drink it? (I guess first thing in the morning?)
what amount should we drink?

And last question, is it ok to drink it when we have candidiasis, viruses, low thyroid etc? (CFS)
