Heartburn

When my adrenals went sour my hearburn went away; like I didn't have enough acid. All of the sudden, I'm starting to get heartburn again when I supplement with HCL and enzymes. This only happens at night when I feel my best.

Right now I'm in a weird place.

I feel good from 9 to noon then SUPER TIRED, I mean SUPER tired from noon to 5ish, then at 6 I get this second wind and feel like my old self until I go to sleep.

I'm super pi$$ed at my ND for not checking my iron levels. So she is doing it free of charge. She also is increasing my Isocort to 6 in the morning and 4 at noon. She said it takes 3 to 4 weeks for it to start working. So I need more patience since I'm just starting week 4. :D


p.s. got a haircut today; first haircut in 6 months. Crazy!
