Is hempseed oxalate?

I know flax and pumpkin seeds are ok. Does any one have information about hempseed? Some say to avoid nuts and seeds on the candida diet because of fungus that may grow on unshelled nuts & seeds. I am sick of meat and want another source of protien (and omegas). I seem to do real well with pumpkin seeds. Btw I saw an article that mentioned that pumpkin seeds actually can reduce or even reverse some of the conditions that are caused by oxalates.
