Finally cleared up my darned sinuses!

Feel free to look through my history to see the full story of my candida/metal toxicity nightmare. Coming up on a year post-amalgam removal, I am seeing great improvements.

Over the past few weeks I realized something I had thought was impossible--the clearing up of my chronic sinusitis.

Since I'm not completely sure what one factor did it, I'm just going to post my new routine, after about 1.5 months of which my sinuses cleared up:

Wake up:
--oil pull with 1tbs unrefined organic sesame oil for 20 mins
--spit out oil, brush teeth w/ NOW Foods Xylowhite
--scrape tongue
--rinse with Heritage Store hydrogen peroxide mouthwash for 3 mins

20g vitamin C taken throughout day
1 tbs ACV taken 2-3x during day

Before bed:
--brush, scrape tongue, rinse with JASON Healthy Mouth mouthwash


So there you have it. While I can only offer conjectures why this worked, I think the large doses of vitamin C taken over time may have helped to acidify my nasal/digestive tract, because I noticed that my digestion has gotten better too (candida grows in sinuses/digestive tract that are too alkaline).
