Is there any healing difference between fermented stevia and the dried one? I have never heard of fermented stevia. Usually fermentation is used to increase the release of alkaloids, but it is an alkaloid in the stem that can give stevia a bitter aftertaste if too much of the stem is present in the product. So I am not sure why anyone would ferment it in the first place.
