Re: Lower back pain

My lower back pain started 2 1/2 years after insertion, and it was led me to have the back X-ray that showed the IUD had perforated. . .(although no doctor actually noticed the X-ray--I had to look at it myself months later to find out.) The low back pain continued pretty much all the time for a year and a half after that. I still have it, but it is much beter now that I do dance class every week. Don't laugh--it's belly dancing class. It was the only thing that helped the back pain--and I tried a bunch of things! I have to drag myself there but it's worth it. My back MRI did show degenerative disease and stenosis, though. . .
