Probiotics, heal the gut or kill candida.

hello all,
I was wondering, I was taking diflucan for about 3 weeks, then 85 billion probiotics for about 3 weeks, now im just on L-glutamine to heal the leaky gut for about the last week.
My question ? If the candida is not all dead, then probiotics and healing will not work. So ive read. So how does one now when to start the other regime ? Can antifungals, healing with L-glutamine, and probiotics all be taken at the same time ?
