Thank you! Strangely enough, my instict has been to just sip water to ease the driness in my mouth. And of course, swallowing is painful. What you say makes a tonne of sense. I am riddled with viruses and nasties,incl Rickettsia Africana. One gets it from tick bite fever. And then there's the lupus, the RSD, the heavy metal toxicity, FMS, CFS... the list goes on and on.

Question:

As I said, this is day 10, and I have been utterly depleted, shaky and extremely weak. A trip to the bathroom is a major mission. I am in bed all the time. I have no other choice. How long do you think I should continue the fast? I have a naturopath friend who tells me I simply do not have the cellular energy to fast and that I am doing myself great harm. What is your opinion?
