Does all this oil put the liver at risk? I am worried about it being delicate or something. I am essentially on a liver failure diet because of the focus on alkalinity. Could all that diahrea be bad for disbyosis? I wanted to do cleanse # 2 this weekend but second guessed myself.

My AST and ALT were high. I got a test because I wanted to know why overeating almonds makes me so tired. There is some liver disfunction, which would explain the amazing relief I got from candida and everything from eliminating PROTEIN and sugar at the same time. You need bile to digest everything and a messed up liver will not function right to kick out candida. I think the liver is the most important thing to worry about here and is overlooked. Brain fog, bruises all over body, confusion, fatigue, and irratibility were all things I have read from people on here and they are all liver disfunction, whether failure, hepatitis, or hepatic encephalitis symptoms.
