Excellent rebuttal

Excellent rebuttal.  I can think of more than one forum here which would benefit from the posting of that rebutall (such as forums pertaining to some of CZ's most popular protocols where one or more self-appointed experts have tried to hold forth against some of the items mentioned in that rebuttal).

For future reference: as far as I know my friend Jon has never has any problem with his articles being reposted here at CZ or on my own or similar sites - just be sure to include a link and perhaps a link to where people who wish can subscribe to his newsletter.  It is free and one of my favorite newsletters.
