I hate to sound so dramatic, but i have just noticed that people are on here for many many years and that really tortures me in my head as I have two small children and can't imagine living this way and raising them. My question is, does it get better to a certain extent to where you can sometimes function as a normal human being, have a job, go to movies, socialize, take your kids to the park, without having to think about what your going to feel like the next day. Do you get stretches of good times. My problem is not really fatigue, but more the heart pounding, hyperventilating and mental anguish over this whole situation. (I seriously can't stop thinking about and torturing myself over my symptoms, it is very mental for me) Not sleeping well and feeling like death warmed over in the mornings. So can some of you tell me what I may have to look forward to?
