Be sure to use the Epsom Salts to dilate your bile ducts so the stones don't get stuck, and take the apple juice or malic acid prior to the flush to soften the stones. I've passed quite a few Gallstones of 8mm or bigger (and they were certainly not made overnight from olive oil and grapefruit!), so that doesn't sound that big to me.

I did find that doing a herbal parasite cleanse (I used a capsule called Paraclear for about 3 weeks) helped, though I still have no idea if I really had parasites or not.

If you're facing gall bladder surgery you might as well try it, as what have you got to lose?
