I actually sleep on an off during the day, always having that sleepiness about me. It's quite bad this morning and I've just woken up from a snooze. Most nights I sleep quite well. When I don't, it's usually sans the anxiety.

No, I do not allow their anxiety to affect me. I send them short quotes from fasting sites to put their mind at ease and leave it at that. I tell them I need them ON my side right now. In fact, yesterday I felt very much at peace, although today the body is very anxious.

I do, in fact, do some deep breathing once a day. It takes quite a bit of strength, surprisingly, so it's not the whole hog.

I pee about 4 times a day, incl first thing and last thing. It's usually medium yellow, somewhat cloudy. Usually no smell to it, sometimes a little toxic.
