      Hi barefoot

      HAY

      and everyone on the forum.
      Iv noticed recently that my blood pressure has gone up. 140/70 and i always had 120/80. Iam male 28 Yr old.
      SO, IT "STAYS" UP?, DOES NOT RETURN TO "NORMAL"?


      I must say i dont sleep well and not enough ever since we got kids. Avrg hr of sleep have droped from 8 to probably 5. In the last 2 years. Could this be a problem?

      CALLED BEING "ADULT", GETTING 5 WOULD BE CONSIDERED PRETTY GREAT FOR MANY PARENTS...

      ALWAYS SEE YOUR CHIROPRACTOR AND THE KIDS SHOULD BE FREE AS LONG AS YOU ARE PAYING FOR YOUR TREATMENT.

      ASK YOUR CHIROPRACTOR'S OPINION ABOUT HEART PRESSURE AND THEN TELL US WHAT HE SAID.
