Re: How do you do a probiotic enema?

Here in Poland we have several brands but all have same dose, ONE pill:

B1-3mg
B2-5mg
B6-5mg
Niacin-40mg
Pantotenic acid-5mg

I take 2 pills and its working for me. One pill my candida flare up after few weeks, 4-5 pills daily after 2 weeks also flare up. 2 pills is good. Flax give me 0,5mg of B1.

I also get 4000mg of potassium and my overall energy is higher
1500mg from supps and 2500mg from broccoli and parsley.

I check my diet, iron, magnessium, calcium, folic acid .... - everything is not too much not too less and i see progress, stiffness("die-off") are terrible - i have C. Guilliermondi (non albicans) and Geotrihium candidum overgrowth and monillia in lips i read once. Monillia gone after 2 b-complex pill daily, my lips is pink not sticky, white in the middle of fingers gone, numbness in fingers in the morning gone.
