did he omit fruit too?

very interesting about what he did. i'd give it a try. i've given up sugar and anything refined and processed, which has made a huge difference in how i feel.

so did he give up fruit? i'm sure i could do it for a few days or a week. longer i have trouble. a while ago a naturopath advised me to give it up for 3 months. i only made it 3 weeks!

just wondering if this was part of it for him, or he still included fruit but the extent of greens was enough.
