You can do the organ cleansers one at a time with no breaks needed. cgardner is right about over cleansing, however, cleaning the body one GOOD time then maintaining good health is the key. It is important to wait at least 90 days after you finish the Humaworm before doing another cleanse. If you call Humaworm (the number on their site) and they are very helpful and will answer any questions as well.
