Since your blood type is O positive, do you stay away from coconut oil? Just curious.

To the OP, I don't think anyone can tell you which diet to follow. Honestly, everyone is different. Of course cut out all sources of high sugar and simple carbohydrates (which quickly turn into sugar). The protocol most people follow is a high protein, high vegetable diet, along with good fats (olive, sesame, and especially coconut since it's a natural antifungal that also feeds the good guys). More vegetables than anything.
