Neck & Arm Pain

I worked in factories years ago and think it may have compacted some nerves in my right wrist,now it seems to have worked up my arm to my upper back. Sometimes I'll wake up during the night with numbness/pain,possibly I slept the wrong way. The other day at work I crooked my neck slightly and the pain started again,usually it only lasts a few hours now it's lasted over a day.
I've tried things like addressing food allergies to which I believe there may be a connection with the inflammation that I believe this is. But I'm concerned that perhaps it may be something with a disc also. I don't have health insurance and most surely can't afford an MRI. I'm thinking about getting a supplement by Pure Herbs called DSK specifically for discs.
Is there anything else I can do?
