        I went to the doctor today and yes its up and staying up 140/80

        I will do an ultrasound on my kidneys just to make sure i don't have stones as its a common problem in my family.

        I will also see a chiropractor next week and will see what he says.

        I will start getting at least 7 hr of sleep, no salt or alcohol, more fruits, exercise or maybe even a good proper body cleansing

        I'am determine to fix this problem and I am going to do it step by step.

        If you guys have any other suggestion please tell me.

        Thanks, will post back after the chiropractor visit.
