Do you have any recommendations for average people that have completed rounds of antibiotics in the past and would like to consume probiotics? My question specifically addresses the strains of probiotics that are required to restore an optimal flora state within the GI tract. Assuming oral route, what probiotic blend would restore optimal function of GI across a broad spectrum of people? Any dose and frequency recommendations as well?
Thanks.
