Yes. If you are following a strict anti-yeast diet, then your symptoms should become obviously worse when you break the diet and feed the candida.

If you aren't following a strict diet, it may not be so easy to tell since you will likely have sugar in your body all the time and will likely have continuing or off-and-on reactions which aren't always easy to connect to something you ate.
