Liver flush, checking in!

So I managed to do a liver flush last night and I'm so happy because so far it went really well :) No sickies!! Just wanted to update for any of those who have a hard time with them, here is the post from my last flush:

To be honest, the reason I did a flush was to help with losing some bikini weight. The last flush I did got me to a nice, lean weight (if I look at a donut the wrong way I can gain 5 lbs, that's just me). For the record, I'm a mucus-free vegan.

My last flush I did get a large amount of stones out, and I'm anticipating to see what the results will be today. Though I've helped my bf through some flushes and we used a colander and didn't really get stones.

I knew I was overdue because back in February, what I thought were actually onset symptoms of the flu, turned out to be a stuck stone! There was a painful, squeezing pain if I ate anything, so I made a liver drink and *poof* all better. And it wasn't even the full flush!

This is for anyone who could use a good excuse to do some flushing (bikini time)! I am a bit inspired by Schulze who said his record of big flushes was FIVE in a row. Not sure if I'm ready for that just yet ;)

On another interesting note, last night was also the eclipse. Not so sure it was a good or bad idea, but so far so good for me anyway. On the other hand, my bf couldn't sleep at all and it is being said that some people (Pisces, Virgo, Sagittarius, Gemini) were effected by the eclipse and should be grounding this bad energy by walking on the earth barefoot. So if you thought it was only EMFs to worry about, yet another reason to get an earthing sheet!
