I run many at once in a list, so at times it's hard to narrow things down but with the doctrine working, i tend to just run scripts for symptoms that show up or simply ones for problems i know i have - like hair loss, circulation, teeth, jaw etc. You don't always feel something happen when running a script. Not sure if this is true, but Jeff Sutherland just sent a reply to an email i sent saying "the wrong frequencies or ones that are slightly off, make people herx" not sure i believe that though.

If i were you i would start exfoliating, use some papain and\or bromelain and and exfoliating pad, start brushing your hair everyday and start using coconut oil. If that doesnt work then look into buying the f165.

Like i said, i had really bad dandruff, didnt go away till i got a handle on my hair loss. Im noticing the same dandruff developing in my brother and his hair looks to be thinnning up from
