Re: It's been out less than a month and the hemmorageing has started again

I am now almost 2 month post. I was feeling very depressed at around 10 days post removal and again at around 1 month for approx couple of days. Otherwise, I feel great! All my side effects are gone!

My period was very heavy prior Mirena (changing the largest pads every 1/2hr to 1hr, hence I got it inserted)and is heavy now, though not nearly bad as it used to (one pad every 3-4hrs or longer on the heaviest day). I discovered that taking one Siberian Ginseng pill a day is enough to substantially decrease heavy flow almost instantly! Maybe you can give it a try!

My hormones are still not balanced, I use fertility monitor (microscope) to track the ferning effect and noticed many estrogen surges throughout the cycle-not normal and I haven't ovulated last month either (you should definitely read a wonderful book: Taking Charge of Your Fertility where everything about fertility/ovulation/estrogen/progesterone/conception and natural contraception is explained to the smallest detail.
