Anyone got a thesis as to the mechanism of action (MOA) of how ice cold water COULD boost immunity? Could it simply be the endorphin boost? Could it simply just be a psychic attachment thing, because i wouldn't think it wouldn't last long if so. Also the endorphin boost is going to be a stress reliever, but i don't think that effect would last very long either. Could it be a negative ion thing? How WOULD ice cold water provide energy to the body? Me no comprende.Forum: Ask Trapper
