I just did a good one last night and WHAT A NICE CLEAN FEELING!!!
I have also a question:
I used to rub in the morning my whole body skin with a cloth soaked in cold water. Although that is good in itself, I have the feeling that is NOT good while doing the sitz bath (it doesn't matter which time of the day), because it interferes/counteracts with the direction we are trying to give to all the toxins: DOWN AND OUT!
