Mira, I 1st wandered into this forum in early Jan '06 and began communicating with MH via email. At that time, he explained to me that nothing but fruit and herbs would supply the body with everything it needs to survive/thrive. MH encouraged reading, so I read all kinds of stuff. I'd made up my mind that totally barefoot/nothing but God's natural would do for me, it was my line in the sand. I had to make fast decisions or die.

As I readReadREAD, I discovered a theory out there that fruit sugars seem to be as harmful as table sugar? pffffft

I wrote MH that it seems that I have systemic candida and asked if he was trying to kill me. He challenged me to go back to my macrobiotic diet and get back to him in 1 week about my digestion .... does the man always have to be right? My inability to digest food came back in 1 week. Bless his heart, he went through the whole thing again about fruit being cellfood, etc. I listened because I seriously didn't want to starve to death while eating.

Fruit, fruit juices, distilled water, herbal teas, olive leaf and oregano oil. Guess what? Candida flew out of this body!
