    Feeling REALLY guilty and defeated. I'm on day 7 of a 30 day juice fast and I just ate a raw cocoa ball. Consisting of cocnut oil, Honey, coconut flakes and raw cocoa. My super healthy work mate encouraged me to eat it saying ti's super healthy. But that's not the point when your on a FAST! Damn it.... why did I eat it! Did I just ruin all the hard work I put in the last 7 days. Feeling like a failure.

    Honest thoughts would be awesome.
