Be careful with shamanic rifing

I just wrote/commanded for 'the DMT" frequency to be sent to me full force when i was lying down with my eyes closed. Subsequently roughly an hour later i feel waaaaaaaay out of it. Spacey, sleepy, fatigued, not quite in touch with my body and i feel like there is somethng going on in my third eye region. Strange times indeed. I just couldn't help myself i had to try it:)

Now, having said this, i did only get 4-5 hrs sleep, so it could also or just only be it catching up to me, but i don't see how it would happen so dramatically and suddenly within a few minutes of my command.
