I know - it's so hard. Sliding back after feeling better is emotionally and mentally defeating. Not too fun physically either. And it seems to happen to just about everybody. Even after the IUD is gone. It has a way of spawning fears and anxiety like nothing else. For some reason, when I'm struggling after a period of feeling better, I get stuck thinking that I'll never go back to feeling better again - that I'll just keep going downhill until I die early. But good days do come back, although it's hard not knowing how long it will take.
