You are obviously unaware of the case of Dr Joel Fuhrman MD whose professional health-career has its origins and career-changing move from professional ice-skating, to health via Natural Hygiene: he was cured of a long-standing foot injury this way, when all else had failed, via fasting and then nutrition. He knew Dr H M Shelton personally.

Try and avoid being so confrontational unless you have the evidence to support your claims.

In the event of a foot sprain, then most all Doctors will tell you to rest the injury until healing has taken place, or carry out the RICE treatment: Rest, Ice, Compression and elevation.
In other words the healing is achieved by resting the injury and reducing any inflammation. Fasting achieves both of the aforementioned much more quickly.

Please avoid ignorant comments if possible or do some research of your own.
