Can foods alkalize the small intestine?

Dr. Jeff, on occasion you've spoken to how candida reverts to its fungal form in an alkaline environment. Can the consumption of too much fresh organic vegetable juice, or any natural food, contribute to an alkaline small intestine?

Experiencing 3-4 bowel movements daily continues to be a challenge, even while consuming up to 1 tsp of ConcenTrace Minerals several times per day. However, a single pint of green veggie juice (e.g., celery + parsley + collards) affords an appreciable energy boost AND regularity for the rest of the day. Should I be concerned about alkalizing my small intestine.

I read your response to a post regarding alkaline/ionized water. What about pH booster drops (e.g., AlkaLife, pHion, pH Miracle)? Similar response? Regards.
