Bigtime,worked amazingly well for me. I actually dont take it any more as I dont need it,come to think of it I dont actually take anything anymore except for zinc of course for maintenance. I was taking 2/3000 mg of each together on an empty stomach(important with aminos). I found when my anxiety was particularly high I needed 2,000 of each first thing when I woke up, early morning anxiety was the worst for me and then 1,000mg around noon. But as the anxiety came under control I only seemed to need 2,000 upon waking. Im guessing everyone is different as with most things, so you could play around with it. The calming effect is amazing, actually better than a benzo as it also acts on the serotonin receptors in the gut and thus improves mood too. Ive been pretty much self treating adrenal fatigue/biounavailable copper for almost five years and apart from pregnenolone,this is THE best thing I have found(for high cortisol states).
