Re: interesting autism literature

By the way, one of the Researchers in the first study above concerning the lack of causal relationship  between Autism and toxic metals was from the Rand Corporation.  The Rand Corporation is the US Military.  

The link below goes into extensive detail about this deceptive, manipulative "Think Tank" created by the US Air Force.   The final quote of the article:

"Abella reports that Charles Wolf, Jr., the chairman of RAND's Economics Department from 1967 to 1982 and the first dean of the RAND Graduate School from 1970 to 1997, "dripped venom when interviewed about the [Ellsberg] incident more than thirty years after the fact.

Such behavior suggests that secrecy and toeing the line are far more important at RAND than independent intellectual inquiry and that the products of its research should be viewed with great skepticism and care."

EDIT:

Actually the study I found is different than the one above.  The medical community is on the war path for denoucing all the prior studies that find an association.  This particular study claims more detailed research needs to be done and  yes, one of the researchers is from the Rand Corporation.
