Thanks. Yes this is true, so much of my life is a catch 22!

I used to use bitter herbs yes. And while they helped somewhat, they aways increased strange systemic allergy type symptoms. I sometimes felt some benefit, but always accompanied by things like headaches, rashes etc. Mostly in the past, the less I took, the better. Vit C, magnesium, these type of non herbal things are the things that have helped the most.

Glutathione, while making me tremendously sick for 1-2 days at a time, sometimes left me with a small window (4-8 hours) of feeling better than I ever do. I attribute this to having extremely low levels for 10+ years or more, and then even small doses start throwing lots of toxins out of the tissues at once which circulate, making general toxicity much worse for a day or two. Then once that bit is out I can sometimes feel so much better, stronger. However each time I try, im sicker so much more often than not unfortuately, so I stopped it.
