Mercury levels

I am suffering from candida from 3-4 years as the last 18 months has been dramatically worse than before, I can not eat almost anything, I get terrible symptoms even from fuits.
I read a lot that I must get rid of heavy metals, especially mercury before I can get rid of candida.
I had 1 Amalgam filling only for 4 months in my mouth and I got it removed.
But last year during 12 months a was eating approximatelly 2 cans of tuna per day. I tought I was full of mercury.
This year I did 1-2 months infrared sauna, 2 curses with this: http://www.allstarhealth.com/f/enzymatic_therapy-complete_metal_cleanse.htm

and 1 month on Lugol's Iodine and chlorella/cilantro.
But these months were not separated in history. I did the supplements one over another, and all the chelation period was no more than 2 months.
Today I got my results from the laboratory and they say:
urine: 0.003 mol/l (reference: 0.00 - 0.03)
blood: 0.00099 mol/l (reference: 0.00 - 0.25 ; (< 2.0 ?g/g creatinin))

From what I understand, I am far far below any toxic levels. Is it possible to have chelated so fast?? From what I read people are chealting even years!
Also how accurate are blood/urine tests, opposed to hair test?
