One of my main complaints with Candida is the nighttime bloating. When it's really blooming, I begin to feel it at night and it ends up getting me out of bed around 7 or 8 in the morning. This is about an hour before my normal wake up. When I feel it's under control I don't have the bloating. When I was at my worst, this was like before any Candida diet and when I was still eating Gluten, still in the dark about all this, it was so bad! I couldn't even pass gas, I'd be rolling around all day and night. Thank God those days are over...

I find there are different variables involved.. the leaky gut could be one...the candida another.. lack of fiber and water intake throughout the day... lying down after meals, eating too fast, eating the wrong foods..eating too much in one sitting.
Lately if I'm getting that gurgly feeling in my gut I just don't eat for 2-3 hours. Instead I drink water or take psyllium. Just seems like my body's saying, Ok enough food for a bit, let me catch up. That's one of the problems people have they just keep eating piling more food into already sluggish intestines. Maybe all they need is a few hour break instead of turning it into a week of suffering.
As you keep defining what works for you, this will all improve. Keep up with cleansing and food monitoring
I think parasites could exacerbate the situation, because it seemed I'd get attacks during a full moon.
Keep up with the WHOLE approach...Get your bowels moving nicely so that they're banana shaped, once a day is good, twice is even better just to get rid of those icky feelings.. because really it's just food fermenting. Restore the good bacteria..there's many ways to go about this.
