Yeah thats exactly what I feel.

Yesterday in a meeting I had to present my work. My heart was pounding out of my chest. I was completely startled, hands cold, feeling sweaty etc. As if I was full of adrenaline. My energy is great from morning till night, but I'd rather be fatigued than panicky.

I've had periods of overstimulation, but nothing this strong. Panthethine (B5) and vitamin C can definitely be overstimulating, but my dose is the same its been for years the sudden change is weird. 300 mg pantethine and 500 mg ascorbic acid.

Dr. Lam's website says that sometimes when you improve you need to adjust the dose. Next I'm trying a minidose: only taking a multi-B with 35 mg panthethine and 120 mg vitamin C.
