This looks to me like salmon tapeworm.

These can be difficult to get rid of.

Possible cures:

albendazole - 400 mg per day for 4 days
I feel drunk when I take this, and it takes 4 days for that feeling to wear off. But it kills salmon tapeworms.

or

metronidazole - 500 mg every 8 hours for 10 days
I actually can't take this for more than 5 days. It is toxic to me as well as worms. It also is metabolized slower than 500 mg every 8 hours, so it accumulates.

or

Praziqantel - 10 mg per kg of body weight two times 4 hours apart one day only. Do not drive or operate machinery while taking.

I recommend that you read the CDC and World Health Organization guidelines for these medicines before taking them. Also, read the Wikipedia articles. If you can find a doctor to prescribe these and help you, that's preferable, but most doctors think parasites only exist in the 3rd world.
