      Sorry to hear you too are going through all this. The first step is getting it out. We are all in the same boat and here to help. I recommend getting a fortified B vitamin on top of your regular vitamin to help with energy. I also take magnesium to help with the anxiety. I feel it helps some but I still get major attacks (I am only a month post-mirena).
