i feel so stupid

Well this morning i woke up feeling like omg i am dying, and than i read some of my replies and felt better as this is such a scary feeling of how i feel Have not taken any Iodine since friday but up my supplements yesterday getting ready for salt protocol, this morning my body was on fire from head to toe, itching and all that, like a massive nightmare of a hang over, wondering how i am gonna make it threw the day and also thinking i should get things in order as i surely must be dying, and again reading this morning help me so much, thank god i live alone as I just don't know how to tell people what is going on,
So this is what i take daily
Magnesium (gly) 720 mg
b-50 complex with all in the 50 range except has 400f folic acid
Super selenium complex 200 mg
Sockeye Salmon oil 3 a day
C 1000MG (ROSE HIPS) HAVE gone from 2 a day to three a day
milk thistle (tincture
Vitamin D 2000 units 3 quarts of water min,
pro biotic
Prescription potassium 2 to 3 a day .
