So last night I slept 10 hours!! only waking once to use the bathroom. yesterday all I had was veggies, some chicken for protein, superfood, and then some brownrice/veggies/beans for dinner. also molasses for minerals. taking all my tinctures(adrenal, nerve sedative, echinchea, glandular). doing hand/foot reflexology. and garlic

there is a build up of toxins, i had a good bowel movement finally this morning that was actually brown instead of tan.

I haven't really been taking anti-fungals because i'm not sure what to take, i mean I take garlic every morning usually, but what else is there? the ecinechea i just started taking. i don't wanna create to much die off waste my body can't handle. i need a systemic anti-fungal.

and the only way I can make money is sitting in front a computer screen which sucks, i sleep on my earthing sheet everynight.


unfortunately I can't do a 10% taper, I have crappy insurance, on unemployment, can't work because i'm sick. So i'm stuck making .50mg cuts every two weeks or i'll be cut off cold turkey. i'm at 2mg today, just cut again. was at 2.5mg for the past two weeks, i've been doing this .5mg cut for a while, but recently has it become more than 10% (once i hit 5mg). i'm screwed here, it's hard to find a doc to understand benzo withdrawal, let alone one willing to taper for the period of time i would need.

I feel lots of sharp pain in my itestinal area too around the gallbladder, i really think if I clean out the liver/GB symptoms will alleviate. I think even schulze said once his patients had cleaned there liver, they didn't even need there prescription drugs anymore, i'm sure this is different with benzos though.

thanks again uny, i know alot of this is benzo, but i'm extremely toxic too i gotta get flushing and cleanse my bowels/GB/liver.

i have two months left on the benzos at this cutting rate, and the doctor won't slow it down. infact i'm kinda worried right now cause he didn't fill my last scriipt so i have to call and see why tomorrow.

I need to get better now, I was trying to just make do until I got off the benzos. but my body needs to cleanse, my Liver/GB are in dire need of help. I just found out i'm having a baby in 9 months. I will be better by then, i need to be 100% for that.
