Burning sensation in back?

Hello, I've got burning pain in my shoulder blade area and sometimes can feel tingling or pain in my middle or lower back. it's been going on almost two weeks. it is much worse in the morning and often wakes me up in the early AM. but once i've drunk a few glasses of water, it goes away or at least i don't notice it very much. i don't have any symptoms of kidney issues, no puffiness, no troube urinating, etc. I do get a dull headache. i've never had stones. any ideas? thank you.
