If one drew an imaginary line starting from the center of their belly button down through the center of their love pouch, then try to quickly paint iodine, starting on top of the sac- centered, painting downward including, left to the inside of the leg, down to near the anus which would also include the left side of the perineum and repeat procedure on the right the next night, that would be the "area".

I think because Grizz uses grapeseed oil he does both left and right side too, every night.

If I were using 1% or 2% Iodine I might give it a try on both sides, every night, too but still, not without coconut oil, grape seed oil, or olive oil.
