Hi Indianagirl,

I really think my improvements is do to the thyroid support (kelp, thyro-complex and selinium)..plus the sodium under more control and the metals being released...It could have reacted to me because I am still on the hydrocortisone...but I am not sure...I have been able to get to a good level with the hydrocortisone...when I was at 15 mg I would get a simular reaction so I reduced the hydro by 2.5mg and then a couple weeks later I get the same rush on 12.5 so now I am down to 10 mg daily (for the most part). I think my body is healing and I get these reactions to lower the hydro...so it may be because I am still on it. Plus the paramin helped to reduce the stress feeling...but now I had to back off do to bloat...will try and introduce it back in a few weeks.
